The Wild Smoothie
So, every morning my husband and I make a smoothie that we have perfected over the years. Each year it gets healthier without compromising the delicious taste.
I just wanted to share it with you because I really do love the nutrition it offers and I know each morning my body is getting a HUGE boost of energy.

STEP 1: Add the following
1 rounded tablespoon of natural peanut butter 1-2 cups of almond milk (you can use any kind that you normally use) 1 banana 1/2 cup of yogurt 2 teaspoons hemp powder (don't have to have this but it has A LOT of extra protein) 2 rounded scoops of Green Vibrance 2 tablespoons cinnamon (or to taste - it adds a great taste to the smoothie) Mix and then liquefy STEP 2: 1 cup frozen spinach Mix and then liquefy STEP 3: 1 cup organic mixed berries (strawberries, rasberries, and blackberries) Mix then liquefy STEP 4: 1 rounded cup of wild blueberries Mix then liquefy *If the mixture is too clumpy then you can add some more milk to make it more liquidy STEP 5: Pour two glasses with some left over for seconds and ENJOY! I hope you enjoy this smoothie as much as I do. It is a must in our house every morning! |
