Polycystic Ovarian Syndrom (PCOS)
Polycystic Ovaries is a problem that more women have than they realize. If you have trouble losing weight and eat well then there may be a chance that you have this. I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovaries Syndrome (PCOS) when I was 21 after gaining 70 pounds in 3 months with no lifestyle changes. This was the most discouraging and saddening time in my life. I was depressed and confused unable to fix this syndrome that had come upon me.
After years of research I have found some methods that really do help to cure this horrible syndrome. If people tell you that it is irreversible they are wrong! It is reversible as long as you have the devotion to change what is happening to your body.

First of all, how does it start?
If you go to the OBGYN they will tell you that they have no idea how this happens. I will tell you from my experiences why I think it happens. You do not get this from eating badly (it is nearly impossible to gain 70 lbs. in 3 months by gorging with food). This is what happens:
When a women makes more of one hormone than another you begin to not create fully eveloped eggs and therefore a period is not created. (This takes about 3 months to happen --not having periods). When the eggs are not fully developed and you are not having a period then the under developed eggs (due to uneven hormone levels) drop onto the ovaries creating a dalmatian effect. (Spotted ovaries)

With polycystic ovaries diet and exercise is KEY! If you look on the exercise page you will see a workout program that I do now and see results from. It is EXTREMELY effective and couraging. diet is key also. It is important that you limit your carbohydrate intake to 60 - 80 carbohydrates each day and eat plenty of greens with each meal along with one protein with each meal each day.
Although diet and exercise and KEY in in this program it is important that you get other supplemental support as well. One program that is especially important and effective in reversing PCOS is the Insulite Program. Insulite Program This program, first of all, is AMAZING! It consists of 4 different vitamin and herbal supplements that reversePCOS -- and this program works. I have been using it for 1 year (after not having a menstrual cycle for over 8 months) and have had 12 successful periods in a row that have no abnormalities to them. I highly recommend that you try this program. First of all this program is ALL NATURAL and it works! How many insulin resistant pills can you find that work and are all natural? Doctors will often recommend Metformin which is usually used in diabetic patients and for some reason (doctors cannot explain this) causes diarrhea and rapid weight loss. Although it may cause weight loss it is a pill that is a pharmaceutical drug and still has lots of bad side effects. The Insulite Porgramis all natural, with no side effects, especially not sudden rapid diarrhea like Metformin, and has an added perk of folic acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Vitamin B. Many recipients of the Insulite Program become pregnant spontaneously and like me have a regularity in menstrual cycles. Most women along with diet, exercise, and this program will those their weight and eventually PCOS will be reversed. |

What Will You See?
This may vary depending on each woman but I saw small cylinder type masses that were VERY tiny. They looked like ditalini noodles that you might find at the grocery store. I saw this during my period and also when I wasn't on it. It took about 5 months to start seeing this. These were the cysts that were on my ovaries. It Takes Time!! Reversing PCOS will take time. Do not get discouraged. This is something that I have had trouble with in the past. It helps, though, to see the results of regulated periods. Insulite recommends that you continue to use their program for at least 6 months to start seeing major results. As you know |
there are always exceptions. Some people see results immediately while others have more damage so it takes more time for the you know there are always exceptions. Some people see results immediately while others have more damage so it takes more time for the three components of diet, exercise, and herbal supplements (Insulite) to repair, heal, and reverse PCOS. I firmly believe in this program and know that if you have this problem it REALLY will help you! It has changed my life and hope in myself to become normal.
I am someone who has a lot of damage from hormone imbalance causing PCOS. This used to be painful to the touch but now I cannot feel it and I have successful cycles. Weight loss has not completely come to me yet but I feel the results and like I said before some people lose weight immediately while in others (ME!) it will take much longer.
**PCOS is a syndrome that takes time to be reversed. It is a lifestyle change that has chosen you. It will take work but you will feel better than you have ever felt before if you stick to the strict guidelines that it requires. If you are someone that has had PCOS and have used this Insulite program please feel free to e-mail me with your comments and I will post them to the site for all to see. Be encouraged. You are NOT alone. PCOS is reversible and you can return to the person you were before. If you are someone who did not gain weight from it it will help you to become pregnant because it regulates your period.
