Pregnancy can really take a toll on your body. All you worry about for 9 months is growing a chubby fat baby and nothing else. You finally have the permission to eat a little bit more and you look forward to sonograms more than anything. Then you go through labor and BAM! What are you thinking about??? Every woman who has had a baby knows……. I need to get rid of this! “What happened to me?!” is you are thinking every single day. You don’t want to see people or get your picture publicly posted because off the 6 month pouch in front of you that DOESN’T look so cute anymore because there is no baby inside. This is what I think anyways…..
Well I am on mission not so impossible! I am going to lose this baby weight! Now, I am going to share some pretty personal details because I need to face reality of what I am dealing with. The reality is, well, not so pretty.So — don’t judge! :)
Pre-pregnancy weight: 182.6
Post Pregnancy weight: 232.0
GOAL WEIGHT: 150-160
So here I am…everything out in the open and now I am accountable to finish my journey.
