I don't know about you, but I have NO energy to do much! It has been really hard on me with a new baby. I have started a series of regimens that I am going to implement in my life to increase my energy because face it, if you have no energy are you really going to want to work out? I don't think I even need to answer that question.
I am really going to get myself to be faithful to energy builders, which of course I will share - just waiting on my trusty video camera charger which has disappeared to who knows where. :) Everytime that I look at my 4 1/2 month old I have this large amount of guilt that consumes me. I automatically think, "Why am I not doing more for my son? My husband?" and it hits me because all of the post partum depression, blues, whatever is consuming my inner being. It is making me lazy, which I never was before. I have to somehow get past that and push myself.
I have read many books about health and my all time favorite is by Dr. Gerson. In it, he says that all ailments are based upon diet. Yes, some is a certain amount of stress, which you have to examine, but most is diet. You have to really want to feel good to change your diet, which will change your life indefinitely. So, I am starting with a regiment that he used to cure his chronic migraines. CARROT JUICING.
You can buy an organic 25 lb. bag of carrots at a grocery store. I opt for Whole Foods mostly because the carrots are the same price as Publix maybe a few dollars more and they are bigger, so there is less waste and it save you more time.
So, at this moment I am going to be my big post partum butt up and peel some carrots, juice them, and get myself some much needed Vitamin A and start my road to recovery.
Not sure if the exercise is going to happen today - told ya I was going to be honest! But hey! atleast I am changing my diet for the better! :)
